December

Since we had Zayden, our dogs haven't had much attention. We used to play with them everyday, take them on walks, we treated them like they were our kids. Now.. not so much, we just never have the time! But Matix was cold so I saw this at the store, and HAD to.. teehee ;)

On Black Friday we unexpectedly ended up coming home with a PS3 for Cody. He bascially hasn't put the controller down since he got it...

On Wednesday I had Jess take some family Christmas pictures of us behind Joe's Farm Grill in Gilbert. All the family pic's are on Jess's camera, but I snapped a few of little Zay in his outfit. :)

A little update..

We are so busy now with work, school, and baby!

I just recently returned from maternity leave back to work, it was really hard. My bestfriend Brittnee is watching him while we are at work. I know he is in good hands with her, she has her own little one named Lilly, she is such a good mommy! I still am full time at Wally World still a ZMS at Stapley...(for now) Cody on the other hand is back doing Home Restoration, the other job didn't work out. Both of us look forward to coming home everyday to our little family, makes us really appreciate what we have, it's so special. Zayden is doing really well, he is now almost 7 weeks old! Geez, time flys! I'll have to post some pic's of him..

Zayden Liam Packard

Yup. Guilty. I have yet again procrastinated, and have not kept up with my blog. Oops!

Well, so much has happened, I don't even know where to begin! First off, well...let me show you..

Zayden Liam Packard. Born September 3, 2011 at 10:01am 7.13 pounds. If you noticed, we changed his middle name last second. We were going to give him Sage as a middle name, but decided to go with Liam. Literally 3 days before little man was born.

Later Saturday night

This is a traditional game in Chad's family, called "The marble game". I believe we played this game probably about 30 times while staying in Flag, it's so addicting!!

Later that night we went bowling, I bowled a 52, worst I have ever bowled in my life.

Saturday

There was an old tree house on the property that Jess explored

We played some Wiffle ball that Saturday afternoon

more of Flagstaff

Us having fun, goofing off. Some pictures we took of the pretty nature.

Weekend get away

This weekend me, Cody, Jessica, Chad, Jodi, and Chad's brother Colton were planning on camping. Turns out it had just rained at the Rim where we normally camp at, so because it was going to be so cold, we decided to go to Chad's parents cabin instead. Which totally worked out for the better, we had a nice relaxing weekend in Flagstaff.

Lemon Ball

Jessica had an idea to do Lemon Baseball with all the lemons in moms backyard, so we all met up to play at Chad's house. ( Jessica's BF)

So turns out Jess forgot the Lemons at moms, so we used oranges that where from Chad's moms house. Same out come, extremely sticky..

More pictures of the pups

Sarah posing with her pup Harley, and Matty trying to get in on the picture. What a cutie!

Beau rolling around in the grass, enjoying himself, and nature.

Fun in the Sun!

Saturday, Sarah and I took all the puppies on a walk, and on our way we stopped at the pretty pond full of ducks. Beau ( the boxer) was obsessed with the water, if he had it his way he'd jump in the pond and swim around and chase all the ducks. Sarah and I relaxed under the trees while the pups ran around and played. We wanted to have a picnic, but we thought of the idea a little too late in the day. We had plans later that day to meet with Jessica and Chadat his place to play Lemon Baseball. I'll post pictures soon of that..

Change is a good thing..

So today Cody went for his physical and drug test for his new company Apria Health Care. He will be in charge of cleaning and maintaining the shop filled with all of the medical equipment that Apria ships out to their clients. Cody is THRILLED! He didn't really like working in the Tire and Lube shop at Walmart, but at the time due to the recession, didn't really have a choice. (Before he used to work for Brock, doing Home Restoration) So Cody starts at his new job in a couple of weeks.

Since Cody has been looking around at other jobs, I couldn't help but ponder and look around aswell.. I currently work at Walmart, I am a ZMS (Zone Merchandise Supervisor) over Homelines at the Stapley store. Basically in laments terms I am the Manager over the Department Managers, only not Salary. Which Salary was my ultimate goal since I started working for Walmart, they make very good money. But ever since I became pregnant it's been really hard to keep my head in the game. I have been juggling ideas and options for when Zayden is born, because I really do not want to have a full time job, non the less, a STRESSFUL job with a baby. So I have been seriously considering a trade school, getting a certificate for Dental Assistant. The schedule is alot more family friendly, and I'd be getting paid near around the same thing as I am paid now.

Cody and I have decided that when we moved out about 4 months ago into our new apartment, it was a bad idea, and wasn't really thought out too well. So we are moving back in with Cody's family, that way it's easier for Cody and I to focus more on school, saving money, and of course little Zayden. I loved living with his family, I didn't really have a close family growing up, so I love it up, and inhale the love we are surrounded by. Plus I am sure that his mom and family will absolutely love having the newest addition to the family right at their fingertips! Which we really could use the help between work and school.

So we are looking to start moving everything within the next couple of weeks. We would like to be all settled in before Cody starts his school finals, and starts his new job. :D

My neice Kaitlyn!

Last Sunday, Sarah and I took Kaiti, (Tanya, our sis in laws daughter) to church with us! She did so good, usually she makes me take her to the bathroom every five seconds, but this time she made it all the way through sacrament. Afterwards we took her to Primary with all the other little kids her age. She seemed like she was going to be okay with it, so Sarah and I went to our class. Unfortunately, it didn't last long until they had to bring her to our class, because she was crying. It's okay maybe next time we will try again! Love you Kaiti!!

Our first Suns game!

My friend Rachel works for Seat Nation and she always scores free tickets to games and events. I told her that we've never been to a Phoenix Suns game, and she pulled some strings and got us our own private room! The room had a sofa, a counter for food and fridge for drinks and stuff. Behind our bar were regular seats that fold down, that's where Cody was planted most of the night. I'm glad Cody had so much fun, he was acting like a ten year old the whole time, it was funny to see his reaction to the private room. Since then we have become die hard Phoenix Suns fans!!

Thanks Rach!

ZAYDEN SAGE PACKARD

We love going to Ihop for breakfast ever since the Ihop is literally right next to moms house! It's really good, and really cheap!

We used to go alot more often, but it's still a nice treat! Mmmm..

Something to BLOG about!

If you didn't already hear it from the grapevine, WE'RE PREGNANT! We are expecting a beautiful baby boy September 2nd. We are still playing around with some names, but for the most part we are set on Zayden Sage Packard. Oohhhh!! Gives me goose bumps saying his name! I love it! We've had some mixed opinions about the name, but Cody and I absolutely LOVE it!

Stay tuned for more updates and more Pics!
